Due to incredible luck that shall remain as anonymous as we're able to keep it,
Family Values was a free ride for us. We drove up to Holmdel the night before,
and were lucky enough to share a hotel with the band. We didn't get to see any
of them because it was late, and they had to be up nice and early. So we got
as much sleep as we possibly could, which wasn't much, and headed over to
the venue the following afternoon. It was kinda cold...not too bad, but it was cold
enough for Dir en grey to escape to their bus after the meet and greet was over.At
this concert we were introduced to Kaoru and Shinya. Shinya has THE softest
hands in the universe. Akina squeeked at him, and Kaoru hates me forever because
I almost walked right past him. To those of you who have yet to meet any of them,
whatever ideas you have about how you would react,or what it would be like, are
totally GONE when you're finally face to face with them. You just don't know how
you'll react until you're there. We also lost my car. It was dark when we left the
venue, and it looked VERY different at night. The confused man in the picture
was helping us find it lol.
